SecureNinjaTV travels to Washington DC this week to check out an infamous new artifact on display at the International Spy Museum: American patriot hacktivist th3j35t3r’s actual laptop.

From 2010 to early 2013 th3j35t3r used this computer to disable websites such as WikiLeaks. Now the laptop has been incorporated into the museum’s “Weapons of Mass Disruption” exhibit as real-life counterpoint to portions of the “Exquisitely Evil: 50 Years of Bond Villains” exhibit featuring the Skyfall cyber-villian Raoul Silva’s film prop laptop.

For more backstory on how th3j35t3r’s laptop was prepared for display and transported to the museum, visit http://jesterscourt.cc/2013/07/04/tinker-tailor-soldier-hacker/
